When she began pursuing a wholefoods lifestyle, blogger and yoga teacher Harriet McAtee discovered something exciting: her breakfast and dessert began to look remarkably similar. Ingredients and components overlapped, which meant less work in the kitchen. It also meant that breakfast was guaranteed to be special, whilst dessert was going to be a little more wholesome and nourishing.
